Here are four pictures that were edited using Photoshop to compare new and old Kingswood Secondary Academy. These pictures show my progress of my Photoshop skills.

Description
File type.
Image for website
Bitmap
I will use Bitmap as Vector does not work on websites. Bitmap is made out of many coloured squares joined together which is called resolution. If the resolution is low and image is zoomed, it will be visible to see them squares. However if the resolution is high, an image will get zoomed more, without seeing any squares until some point.

Vector
I have chosen Vector as it doesn’t have resolution which means it can be zoomed a lot and still look like a normal image. The way Vector operates, is that instead of having many coloured squares next to each other like bitmap. It creates more lines each time it is zoomed, which means a picture can be zoomed in as much as a person wants without making worse quality for an image.

Brochure
Vector/Bitmap
For Brochure I will use both graphic types as vector is really good for logo, because it can be any size and the quality does not change at all. However I will use bitmap for pictures as there is no reason to put it into vector.
