Desktop shortcuts go to the right place	Double click with left mouse button on desktop shortcut.	By clicking on shortcut, the application should open without any problem.	The application did not open.	Delete old shortcut, find the application, right click on it and choose an option “create shortcut”.
The correct device drivers are installed	Open any sound file, image or video to see if the music and graphic drivers work properly.	Sound and image should work fine without any problem.	There is sound in the video although there is no image.	Reinstall graphic driver or the video.
The correct paper sizes are set for printing	Before sending the work to the printer, check the settings.	The printer should have correct paper sizes for printing.	Some of the paper sizes are missing.	Reinstall the printer driver.
Menu options work as intended	Open start menu and click on any application/shortcut to check if the program is working well.	All programs and shortcuts should take me where it should.	Every application/shortcut takes me anywhere without a problem.	-
The correct date and time are set	In order to change date/time, click on the date in right bottom corner and choose an option “Change time and date settings”.	Operating system should change date and time as wanted.	Changed date and time without a problem.	-
