This screenshot shows that Teodor have created folder labelled with his name.

On this screenshot Teodor has proved that he has created three folders labelled home, work and study under a folder labelled as ‘Teodor Polak’.

Teodor has proved that he knows back-up procedures by going to control panel, system and then backup. He has also used a program called ‘Piriform CCleaner’ to show how to schedule and delete unwanted data. Teodor has showed me how to archive by using a program called ‘Winrar’, highlighting multiple files, right-click on them and press an option called ‘Archive’. By showing how to use defragmentation Teodor right-clicked on hard drive, picked an option called ‘properties’ and then he used defragmentation to remove any unwanted files. Deleting temporary files means deleting history from the browser, and Teodor has proved how to do it by opening browser options, then went into history and picked an option ‘Clear History’. By cleaning keyboard properly, Teodor had to take out each button from the keyboard and clean it individually. For monitor screen he had to use specific liquid in order not to make any damage. For cleaning mouse Teodor didn’t use anything specific, he just used a cloth and a bit of cleaning spray. For replacing paper in the printer, Teodor opened correct shelf and inserted appropriate paper size. Teodor had to replace damaged mouse. He took the cable out, got the new mouse and plugged it. Then in order for the new mouse to work, Teodor had restarted the computer.
